1 Hour Therapeutic Massage

1 hr

The intention for this session is to target painful areas, locate and identify the trigger points, and release tension in the muscles involved.

The goal is to determine which triggerpoints are the most intense, and get a better understanding for why they are so intense. We will also relate other areas of tension with these triggerpoint sensations, and create a routine to continue appropriately addressing these areas.

Amazing massage therapist and left me feeling very cared for and relieved of tension. They are very respectful and mindful of individual needs.
